Admission is $16 for a child’s play ticket and $10 for an adults. All children must be accompanied by at least 1 supervising adult.

Yes, all adults require a ticket at Dig N Play. This is due to capacity restrictions set by the council. Each ticket is $10.
Yes – for everyone’s safety. Every child under 18 must have a waiver signed by their legal guardian. To save time, we recommend filling these out online before you arrive.
To keep things safe and fun for all, we ask families to follow these guidelines:
- Play zones are for children 8 years and under only
- No shoes inside the play zones
- No food, drinks, gum, or lollies in play areas
- No running, climbing, rough play, or throwing toys
- Toys and materials stay inside the play space
Absolutely! Our play space is designed for parents to engage and explore alongside their children if they’d like.
Children older than 8 are welcome to stay but should remain outside the main play area. At birthday parties, older siblings can enjoy the private party space.
We keep everything fresh and hygienic by:
- Disinfecting high-touch toys and surfaces throughout the day
- Cleaning materials between sessions
- Keeping food and drinks out of play zones to minimise germs
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own food! Please enjoy them in the designated eating areas only (not in the play zones).
Yes, absolutely. Dig N Play has been designed with inclusivity in mind for all children. Our sandpit includes a wheelchair-friendly digger, and the rest of the space has been thoughtfully designed to accommodate wheelchair access wherever possible.
No furry friends, sorry! Only licensed service animals are permitted.

All Dig N Play parties run for 2 hours.
Yes! While the play floor is built with under-nines in mind, older siblings are welcome to celebrate and join in the private party area. Any older siblings attending will be included in the total party headcount.

Party Zone Reservation: $70
Children's entry fees apply separately at $26 per child

The venue remains open to other families during your session
Only one Party Zone Package is available per play session
Food, birthday cake and decorations are welcome
For hygiene and safety reasons, once food service has commenced, children and guests are unable to return to the play area
Bookings are essential and subject to availability
- 6+ weeks before your party = full refund
- 2–6 weeks before = 50% refund
- Less than 2 weeks before = no refund
If something big happens on the day (like an emergency), we’re happy to reschedule at no extra charge.
All refunds will be minus the booking fee charge.
Yes. Bookings can be rescheduled within 48 hours of the original booking being made, subject to availability.
